Detailed program
Day 1
Introduction to relays and review session at a training site. The aim of this first day is to assess the technical level and expectations of the group.
Days 2 and 3
Climbing a route of 3 to 4 pitches (example: Insurrection at Rocher Marre), allowing you to put into practice the techniques seen the day before.
Day 4
A day dedicated to completing long, mythical multi-pitch routes (6 to 7 pitches) for unforgettable moments.
Day 5
Climbing shorter but more technically demanding routes, with a focus on progression in climbing (like the Red Pillar at Tête de Braque).
The training course concludes with a group debriefing.
